Determine where you want to place the Roll Out Trays
-
Measure up from the floor of cabinet only
-
Measure from the side of the cabinet and drill 2 holes, using 5/16" drill bit, in the back panel of the cabinet as depicted below to hold glide clips (A) (Note: the glide clips move left to right for Roll Out Tray self adjustment)
-
Be aware the the total height of the glide and Roll Out Tray is 5 1/4" high - you may want to leave an additional 1" to pull shelf out with fingers when stacking Roll Out Trays
-
Drill holes in back panel of cabinet both left and right sides (reverse template for right side)
-
Place black Glide Clips in holes and insert glide into clip - while holding glide and bracket go to step 7 (Note - you do not need to secure black glide brackets with screws)
-
Place level on glide determining pilot hole to drill with 1/8" drill bit on the interior side of the face frame (B) - then secure glide with screw provided to side of face frame. (C) (shown left)
if inset - blocks are provided; 1) secure blocks to side of cabinet and 2) then secure glide to the side of the block.
-
Place Roll Out Tray on glide tracks making sure that cut out notches on bottom/back of Roll Out Tray fit over glide tracks then pushing down and forward at the same time until you hear a 'click' locking Roll Out Tray into glides.
-
Look to make sure that pointed pins (D) on the rear of the drawer glide insert into the holes on the back of the Roll Out Tray. Pull drawer out and push in to test fit and soft close function.
